DO YOU OFFER PRINTING SERVICES?
No, all my prints are instant downloads. You can either print it at home or have it printed at your local print shop. You can also use an online printer, where you upload the file on their system and they send you the physical print.
Paper quality really makes a difference to the end result of your print. I recommend printing on matte photo paper or card stock paper. Printing on normal office paper will not give you the best possible print.
CAN I USE THE FILES / IMAGES FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES?
No. All files / prints are for personal use only or to give as gifts. No prints or images bought from Primroad Designs may be sold in any form.
WHAT SIZES ARE THE PRINTS AVAILABLE IN?
Every product states the sizes available for that specific print in the description. If you would like a size that is not listed, please send me a message before you purchase to find out if it can be resized to your requirements.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
I only accept PayPal, but you can use a credit or debit card through PayPal or use PayPal as a guest if you don’t want to create an account.
WHERE CAN I FIND MY DOWNLOADS ONCE I HAVE PAID FOR THEM?
Your downloads will be emailed to the email address you entered at checkout. If you do not receive the email, you might have made a spelling error in your email address. Please contact me for enquiries.
All your downloads will also be available in My Account Downloads once you are logged in.
