Returns and exchanges
I don’t accept exchanges or cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order. No refunds will be given on digital downloads as there is no way to tell if they have been printed or not.
I will however do everything possible to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Shipping
No physical items will be shipped. Instant downloads are available immediately after payments are processed, and will also be emailed to your email address entered on our website at checkout.

Terms of use for digital images:
– You may print as many copies as needed after your purchase – for personal use or to give as a gift.
– The files may not be shared (by email, file sharing websites or any other means) or given away. The file is meant for use by the purchaser only for personal use or to be given as a gift.
– Purchased files may not be resold in digital or physical form.
– Purchased files may not, under any circumstances, be used to create products meant for digital or physical sale.
– Files may not be used in any website, blog, logo, banner, etc. The full resolution file may not be uploaded to any blog or website.
Purchase of items does not transfer rights and the right of design remains with Primroad Designs.
